FASHIONHow I wore it

When I reached out to Lady Mandy to style me for this shoot and the other outfits I have been sharing recently, I was ready to be surprised. I knew she was creative and I couldn’t wait to see what she was going to come up with.

This look is one of those unpredictable ones. I love how she incorporated a current trend-the snake print- but overall turned the look into an old school look- something you would find women wearing in the early 2000’s. And I love it.

Fashion is a form of expression and I love how it allows you to be many characters and also traverse into past times and current ones.

The pants have side slits which complemented the cold shoulder detail of the top- and adding a belt to the blouse was great to cinch the waist. I must say the neck scarf was the crown of this outfit. It added a very feminine touch and I was quite impressed. I can’t also forget the wig! It completed the look seamlessly.

It’s a great evening and weekend look and there are so many ways to style it. Definitely not what I would normally wear on a day to day, but I loved how it turned out. What do you guys think?

Till the next one,

Love and light.
