FASHIONHow I wore it

It might be time to ditch your tote bag and big bags for the tiny bags which have made countless appearances on this year’s runway shows. I admit that some of these bags are too tiny to carry anything except a bunch of keys, some tampons and chewing gum. But in fashion anything goes, right?

Today’s article features this tiny bag from ASOS. Rich red, with tassel embellishments and small rectangle handles. It does not have any zip but closes well with the handles. To be fair it can fit the basics; keys, phone, hanky, pocket tissue, some lipstick, powder and a few other nick nacks. I don’t entirely hate the tiny bag trend especially when styled well for an event. But for daily routine, I don’t think it’s practical. Nevertheless I would buy a pretty one, just for the ‘look’.

And to match the red on the bag, I wore this gorgeous red print wrap shirt dress by IKOJN a Kenyan Designer, which you can get at SHOPDTS. I was going for a casual chic look with this one and my handy dandy ripped jeans were perfect for the whole look. For more color I threw on some orange court shoes from TOPSHOP and a cute bob fringe for an edgy look.

Definitely a weekend look!

Let me know in the comments what you think about the whole outfit, and as always where would you wear it to?

Till the next one, Love and light.

Wow, You make it look so effortless matching a tiny bag with your outfit. I rarely see a lady with a tiny bag. Oh. And congratulations on the Best Fashion Blog Award by BAKE.

Haha trust me it’s not the most practical of bags but glad you like it and thank you so much for reading!
