FASHIONHow I wore it

One of the most common way of pairing clothes in fashion is mixing different colored clothes to come up with interesting looks in what is referred to as color blocking. While color blocking seems to be one of the most common styling ways, it’s not the only one.

Monochrome Fashion refers to mixing different hues/shades of one colour to form an outfit. Most people confuse monochrome fashion for black and white, but monochrome can be any color worn in its different shades in one outfit.

Today’s outfit is one idea of a monochromatic look.

I went for green and had so much fun adding all the shades of green I could find in my wardrobe. The beauty about monochromatic fashion is that it is very easy on the eye.

The top is mint green, skirt dark forest green, shoes olive green and clutch bag different shades of green…

Especially when you are feeling like being experimental with fashion, try the monochromatic look, you will be surprised by how beautiful it will turn out.

Love and light.
