Patterns are in, and why not wear it to work. I bumped in to these pants at Zara at such an affordable price. They had all kinds of prints.
I must admit the fitting is a bit off especially on our African figures, so I had to take them to the tailor so that they would fit my behind better.
I wanted to create a simple yet elegant work look. I paired the pants with an apricot wrap blouse that has a beautiful light fabric, and the color is very soft and feminine.
Checked pants never go out of style and this particular pair has a tinge of apricot color on the stripes which went well with the blouse!
Since I was going for a light autumn look, adding some wine red shoes and a maroon clutch made the whole palette clean and very elegant!
Let me know what you think about the outfit.
Until next time, Love and light,
C.K
